Project Description

Towards the end of 2016, as part of the Tu Clothing online design team at Sainsbury’s, we felt the need to refresh the look and feel of the site, bringing the brand more in line with the competition, all the while pushing Tu’s fashion credentials.

I took to updating the website by taking away our previous typographic rules, keeping the fonts but opting for a more contemporary layout. This, coupled with updated photography reflecting a more natural, less posed style helped to move things forward. I then added in additional textures and layer effects for a fashion editorial look to inspire customers.
